We’re looking for someone to help us strengthen and build relationships across the sectors we work in - particularly Higher Education, the NHS and the wider public sector.
At Strengthify, we’re increasingly working alongside sector organisations, leadership networks and membership bodies connected to areas such as workforce, organisational development, leadership, transformation and people management. This role is about helping us build meaningful, long-term relationships within those ecosystems - ensuring we continue contributing real value while also strengthening Strengthify’s visibility, credibility and strategic relationships across the sectors we support.
You’ll help us understand where Strengthify aligns with the priorities and challenges facing different sector organisations and communities, and identify thoughtful ways we can support them - whether through workshops, events, insights, roundtables, thought leadership or collaborative activity. Alongside this, you’ll help create warm pathways into organisational conversations and opportunities with leaders, departments and teams who may benefit from our wider approach. This is not a hard sales role or high-volume outreach position. It’s about thoughtful relationship-building, understanding sector priorities, spotting opportunities naturally, and helping Strengthify become a trusted contributor within the sectors we serve.
Who We Are
Strengthify helps leaders, managers and teams strengthen how leadership and teamwork hold up under pressure and through change. Our work combines facilitated development, practical strengths-based approaches, and Strengthify Engage - our digital platform designed to help new ways of working become embedded in everyday practice. Our main focus is the UK public sector, particularly Higher Education and the NHS, while also continuing to grow relationships across local government and the wider public sector. We’re still a small team, but we’re building something thoughtful and long-term - combining practical development, organisational insight and relationship-led growth in a way that feels human, credible and commercially sustainable. This is a chance to join us early and play a meaningful role in shaping how Strengthify develops its partnerships, visibility and relationships across the sectors we support.
What you'll do
- Build and strengthen relationships with sector organisations, membership bodies and leadership networks
- Develop a strong understanding of sector priorities, pressures and strategic agendas

- Attend relevant meetings, events and workshops (virtual and in-person)
- Work closely with colleagues across marketing, delivery and leadership to shape partnership and organisational engagement activity
- Maintain visibility of key relationships, activity and opportunities within our CRM (HubSpot)
What We're Looking For
You might have worked in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, organisational development, membership organisations, consultancy, leadership development or public sector relationship roles before - ideally within or alongside the NHS, Higher Education or the wider public sector.

- A thoughtful, credible and commercially aware approach
