THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a highly connected, commercially minded and entrepreneurial individual capable of opening doors, creating opportunities and helping accelerate the growth of the business. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a genuine relationship builder who understands how to identify opportunities, secure partnerships and generate commercial growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping us secure sponsors, advertisers, commercial partners and strategic relationships across our growing portfolio of brands. Candidates should be prepared to attend meetings and work from South London when required but flexible and hybrid working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Securing sponsorship agreements
  • Developing strategic partnerships
  • Identifying advertising opportunities
  • Building relationships with brands and decision-makers
  • Introducing potential sponsors and commercial partners
  • Assisting with revenue generation across multiple divisions
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Helping shape the company’s commercial growth strategy
  • Supporting future fundraising initiatives where appropriate

  • Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, media sales, business development or commercial growth
