Salary: £35,000 per annum during initial 3-month probation, rising to £40,000 per annum upon successful completion of probation

THE ROLE

This is not a traditional sales role. You will be expected to identify, develop and secure commercial opportunities across the Group. You will play a key role in helping build one of the UK's most ambitious new media and consumer intelligence businesses.

Reporting directly to the Founder and senior management team, you will be responsible for helping drive revenue growth through sponsorships, partnerships, advertising, fundraising and commercial development. You will also help shape the future commercial direction of the company and have the opportunity to build and lead your own team as the business grows.

BONUS & COMMISSION STRUCTURE

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn significant additional income through commissions and performance bonuses.

INVESTMENT RAISING BONUSES

Investment introductions and successful funding rounds will attract additional bonuses.

Funding Raised Bonus:

  • £100,000 - £2,500
  • £250,000 - £5,000
  • £500,000 - £10,000
  • £1,000,000+ - To Be Agreed

Investment must be successfully completed and funds received by the company.

FUTURE EQUITY PARTICIPATION

Exceptional performers may be considered for participation in a future equity incentive scheme. This may include:
