Streets of Growth seeks an Intervention Coaching Practitioner to work face-to-face with young people at risk who face exploitation, violence and complex needs. You will manage a caseload of up to 25 youth, building trust, planning long-term safety, and delivering individual coaching, group work, and outreach in their communities.
You will work across families, schools, social workers and police, coordinating support to sustain education, training or work.
