What Will You Do?
- Client Relationships: Manage a dynamic and active client base, with higher level compliance work as well as varied and interesting advisory opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor and support the professional growth of the Peterborough and Stamford teams. Ensure efficient resource allocation for timely, high quality delivery. Provide technical training and promote knowledge sharing.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance metrics such as fee growth, utilisation and recoveries. Ensure compliance to governance and risk management standards. Collaborate with other service lines to deliver holistic client solutions.
- Business Development and Strategic Collaboration: Identify opportunities to expand services and attract new clients. Play a key role in the firm’s leadership, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
