- We’re looking for a proactive and motivated
- Credit Control Assistant to join our growing team at
Streets.
This is not a quiet, background role.
You’ll be working hands‑on with a high-value debtors ledger in excess of £10m, supporting the smooth running of credit control across the group.
You’ll be working closely alongside our Senior Credit Control Manager, with genuine opportunities to learn, develop and progress.
The Opportunity
- Managing and chasing outstanding balances across a large debtors ledger
- Emailing clients and establishing and maintaining professional relationships
- Making and receiving telephone calls to discuss balances and payments
- Logging all communications accurately and following up as agreed
- Setting up payment plans with clients
- Taking payments over the phone
- Maintaining your own inbox to a very high standard
- Working towards KPIs, targets and agreed goals.
