We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our expanding team at Streets Ahead.
This is a varied and exciting role that sits at the core of how we communicate our brand, attract new clients and engage with our existing audience.
You will be responsible for managing our marketing activity across both digital and traditional channels, helping Streets Ahead continue to grow its reputation as one of the leading estate agencies in the area.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Executive at Streets Ahead
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Managing and growing our social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and Tik Tok
- Creating engaging written and visual content for social media, email marketing and our website
- Working closely with our Videographer & Photographer to produce compelling property and brand content
- Managing email marketing campaigns and monitoring performance
- Updating and maintaining the Streets Ahead website to ensure content is current and on brand
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activity, making data-driven recommendations
- Coordinating sponsorships, events and community engagement activity
- Keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends and identifying new opportunities for the brand
- Supporting the lettings and sales teams with marketing materials and collateral as needed
- Managing relationships with any external suppliers or agencies

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms
- Confident using social media platforms for business purposes
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or similar
- Comfortable working with data and analytics to measure campaign performance
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
