We are looking for a proactive and personable Lettings Consultant to join our award-winning team at Streets Ahead. This role involves engaging with prospective tenants, managing property viewings, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process. A Day in the Life of a Lettings Consultant at Streets Ahead:
- Building rapport with your own portfolio of landlords and tenants
- Attending motivated morning meetings with your team
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information about available properties
- Responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email and in person to a high standard
- Managing accurate records of property listings, viewings and applicant details via our CRM system
- Supporting the preparation of tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Coordinating with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth move-in processes
- Conducting market research to stay informed on local rental trends and competitor activity
- Organising property inspections and ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
- Earning industry-leading commission on everything you let, plus great additional commission on our add-ons
