About the role Street Group is a growing PropTech firm building software for the UK property market. We are seeking a Product Lead to oversee our Partner Platform, a greenfield product that has been in development for the past year. This role involves shaping product strategy while mentoring other managers to elevate our internal standards.

What you'll do
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for the Partner Platform.
- Manage and coach Product Managers, including conducting 1:1s and supporting their career progression.
- Establish best practices for product discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management across the department.
- Operate with high autonomy to deliver results for the business.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows and long-term product strategy.
Requirements
- Proven background in B2B SaaS with a track record of end-to-end product ownership.
- Experience in a Senior Product Manager role or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or manage other product professionals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and impact.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal direction.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Practical notes
This is a hybrid position requiring time in the Manchester office, with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. The interview process consists of three stages: an initial talent call, a skills-based interview, and a final values-based interview.
