You will oversee the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, in a consultative sales capacity within a rapidly growing PropTech organization based in Manchester.

- Compensation: Base salary reaching £35,000, complemented by uncapped commission, with a realistic first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of £60,000

What you'll do
- Take full ownership of the cross-selling process, converting current Spectre clients into users of Street.
- Manage a substantial volume of expansion deals through all stages of the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to contract signing.
- Conduct customized product demonstrations that specifically address the operational challenges faced by each client.
- Focus on high-value accounts and multi-branch agencies to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, stepping in as the sales expert when commercial opportunities present themselves.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records in the CRM system to track progress and outcomes.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the estate agency sector, including common challenges related to stock levels, valuations, and fee pressures.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform your sales strategy and adapt your approach based on client feedback.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends and product enhancements.

Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in a SaaS sales role, such as Account Executive or Account Manager, with a proven track record of significant sales responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to sell outcomes rather than just product features, showcasing how the platform can transform client operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present data in a compelling narrative.
- A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
