About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Director of Operations to join Street League’s Senior Management Team and lead our UK operational function at an exciting point in our journey. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership across our programmes and regions, ensuring we deliver high-quality, innovative and sustainable services that achieve outstanding outcomes for young people.

You will lead our Heads of Operations, drive operational performance and continuous improvement, and ensure our operating model evolves to meet the needs of young people, commissioners, partners and funders. This is a strategic and transformational role, with responsibility for operational strategy, workforce capability, service development, quality, risk, safeguarding and financial performance. Working closely with the CEO and fellow Directors, you will also play a key role in organisational growth, commercial development and long-term sustainability.
