What You’ll Be Doing
- You will own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for within the partner platform.
- Support alignment across other teams for approximately 12 months while leading your own product areas.
- Shape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and wider PropTech AI integration.
- Lead discovery directly with customers, turning insight into clear, actionable priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution.
- Act as a role model for independent decision-making, coaching others and contributing to best practice.

- Take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear product priorities.
- Balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and technical feasibility.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, without needing step-by-step direction.

A Bit About You
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and operate at Senior PM level from day one.
- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across departments and levels.
- Confidence working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience using and integrating AI tools into your day-to-day product management workflow (e.g. Claude Code and similar).
- Clear, articulate communication and be able to explain what you built, why you built it, and the results it achieved.
- Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you are:
- Strategic, but still happy to be hands-on with discovery and delivery.
- Comfortable owning both customer-facing digital products and internal AI/productivity initiatives.
