A Bit About You…
- You’ll have proven customer‑facing experience – within estate agency, customer onboarding or another customer‑focused role.
- You’re a clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- You’re organised and process‑oriented.
- You’ll be managing a pipeline of onboards simultaneously, so staying on top of things is essential.
- You have a genuine curiosity about software and the tech space.
- You’re a self‑starter with ambition and drive.
- You’re high‑energy and enthusiastic – a large part of this role is getting customers excited about using our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a pipeline of new customer onboards from sign‑up through to full setup and handover to our Customer Success team.
- Running onboarding calls via Google Meet, guiding clients through product setup, training and answering queries, ensuring they’re fully supported.
- Getting clients confident and excited about using Spectre’s suite of products.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to evolve and improve the onboarding process – your input will directly shape how we do things.
