  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments and levels.

  • Confidence using and integrating AI tools into day‑to‑day product management.
  • Clear, articulate communication skills with the ability to explain what was built, why it was built, and the results achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products.
  • Support other teams in alignment for around 12 months while leading our own product areas.
  • Shape and deliver our AI‑driven strategy, including AI workflows and further PropTech AI integration.
  • Lead discovery directly with customers and turn insights into actionable priorities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy‑in and drive execution.
  • Act as a role model for independent decision‑making, coach others, and contribute to best practices.
