Here’s what you can expect to be working on:
- Take total command of the cross‑sell lifecycle, turning untapped potential within our elite client base into closed‑won revenue.
- Manage a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel, from initial outreach to contract signature.
- Conduct expert‑level demonstrations of the Spectre suite, specifically tailoring the pitch to how the new module will solve that specific client’s current pain point.
- Prioritise high‑value accounts and multi‑branch agencies for strategic expansion campaigns.
- Work with existing power users within an agency to champion Spectre to other departments or branches.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with Customer Success Managers.
- Act as a feedback loop for the product team, explaining why certain clients aren’t adopting specific modules to help shape our roadmap.
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM.
- Stay ahead of the PropTech curve.
You must be able to speak the language of Estate Agents, understanding their challenges with stock levels, valuations, and fee pressure.
A Bit About You…
- You love the "win." You are motivated by hitting targets and seeing the direct impact of your sales on the company's ARR.
- You have 2+ years in a SaaS sales role (SDR, AE, or Account Management with a heavy sales focus).
- Experience in PropTech or Estate Agency is a significant plus.
- You don’t just "sell features"; you sell solutions.
- You can show an agent exactly how adding a Spectre product will impact their bottom line.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- You can command a room (or a video call) and simplify data into a compelling story.

Salary Basic up to ÂŁ35,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission (realistic first year OTE ÂŁ55,000). However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations, planned ranges go out the window.
