About the Role
As a Graduate Onboarding Specialist, you will guide new clients through their onboarding journey with Spectre, our multi‑award‑winning instruction generation tool. You will be the friendly, knowledgeable face that sets customers up, excited, and confident with our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a pipeline of new customer onboards from sign‑up through to full setup and handover to the Customer Success team
- Running onboarding calls via Google Meet, guiding clients through product setup, training and answering queries, ensuring they’re fully supported
- Getting clients confident and excited about using Spectre’s suite of products
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to evolve and improve the onboarding process – your input will directly shape how we do things
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven customer‑facing experience – retail, hospitality or any role where you built rapport with people
- Clear, confident communication, both written and verbal
- Organised and process‑oriented; you will manage a pipeline of onboards simultaneously
- Genuine curiosity about software and the tech space; able to translate technical complexity into clear, simple language for clients
- Self‑starter with ambition and drive
- High‑energy, enthusiastic – getting customers excited about using our products is a key part of the role
