As our Account Based Marketing Executive, you will be the bridge between Marketing and Strategic Sales. Your goal is to move the needle with our most strategic prospects, made up of the UK’s largest multi-branch and enterprise-level agencies. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, the wider marketing team and Strategic Account Executives, you’ll be responsible for targeting enterprise-level accounts, executing ABM strategies, and multi-threading across complex organisations. You’ll be working across online and offline channels to orchestrate highly personalised campaigns that prove to top-tier estate agents why Street.co.uk and Spectre are the secret weapons they need to dominate their market.
This role requires a consultative approach, strong research skills, and the ability to craft compelling, hyper-targeted content and campaigns that create meaningful conversations and drive qualified leads to our pipeline. With the support of our industry-leading, multi-award-winning technology, you’ll have the opportunity to identify and engage high-value prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and contribute to the expansion of our enterprise client base.

A bit about you
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing account-based marketing strategies with B2B, preferably SaaS companies
- Knowledge of the property market is beneficial
- Comfortable with fast-paced, start-up environments
- Expertise in meeting complex stakeholder needs with cohesive narratives and campaigns
- You enjoy the challenge of researching a specific agency brand and figuring out exactly what will make them sit up and take notice.
- Ability to think strategically, work autonomously and not afraid to get stuck in operationally.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving qualified leads and revenue
- Experience working across the entire marketing channel mix, including digital (Performance, Social, Website, Email) and offline (Events, Direct Mail, Experiential)
- A natural collaborator who can speak ‘sales’ as well as ‘marketing’
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for writing compelling copy that feels personal, professional and persuasive
Here’s what you can expect to be working on as an Account Based Marketing Executive at Street Group
- Own the end-to-end ABM strategy for our strategic accounts, moving beyond broad-reach marketing to execute high-impact 1:1 and 1:few campaigns.
- Develop our Ideal Customer Profiles within high opportunity accounts.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Strategic Sales team to identify high opportunity accounts and build bespoke "door-opening" plays.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to maximise campaign efficacy across digital and offline channels (events, direct mail).
- Closely monitor and use data to map out the Buying Committee at major estate agencies, understanding their specific pain points and tailoring our message to solve them.
- Collaborate with our Creative Lead and Brand team to produce hyper-relevant marketing materials across the sales and marketing funnel.
- Leverage Hubspot and our marketing tech stack to track intent and trigger multi-channel touchpoints (email, LinkedIn, events, and direct mail) that keep Street.co.uk and Spectre top-of-mind.
