Street Connect in Glasgow is seeking a Housing & Aftercare Coordinator to support individuals with complex needs such as addiction, homelessness and mental health issues on their recovery journey.
You will work with Street Connect's team to deliver community recovery through various routes, including aftercare, supported accommodation and outreach, across male and female participants.
