Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to join a well-established business within the builder merchant industry. This role involves multi-drop deliveries across Tilbury, London and surrounding areas, with some manual handling required at customer sites when delivering building materials and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks, securing loads, and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
- Providing excellent customer service as the face of the business
- Multi drop deliveries to London, Essex, Kent and surrounding areas
- Delivering building materials and manually unloading at some sites
- Reporting any issues, delays, traffic updates to the Transport Office
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience
- CPC and Digi card
- No more than 6 points on licence
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused
