General details & requirements
This will be Wagon and Drag night trunking work, usually starting between 17:00-21:00. Full training will be provided by the customer. Shifts will generally be Monday to Friday, with some occasional weekend shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Drive Wagon and Drag vehicles.
- Occasionally drive LGV1 articulated vehicles.
- Pass the required assessment.
- Provide a 5‑year work history to the customer.
Qualifications
- Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
- UK C+E licence – ideally with 1 year of practical experience; new drivers are welcome.
- UK Digital tachograph card.
- UK CPC card.
Payment information
- PAYE only.
- Weekdays: Monday to Sunday, first 8 hours – £21.40.
- Overtime after 8 hours – £26.48.
- 5th Day – £31.53.
- Night Shift allowance – extra £11.76 per shift.
- Minimum 8 hours guaranteed.
- 1 hour break will be deducted after the minimum hours worked.
- Weekly payments every Friday.
