Streamline Recruitment is currently seeking experienced LGV Class 1 Tipper Drivers for our client based in Harefield (Langley). This is a temporary driving position with immediate starts available, offering consistent weekday work and sociable hours.
The Role
- Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to cover occasional weekend shifts.
- Guaranteed minimum 10 hours paid per day, Monday to Friday.
- Operating a Class 1 Flat bed, carrying out local collections and deliveries to Builders merchants.
- Completing safe and timely deliveries, following all site and road safety regulations.
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects promptly.
Requirements
- Full LGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence with at least 6 months’ experience.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements).
- Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Confident using technology and completing digital logs.
- Previous tipper experience highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge of UK road networks and local routes.
