£90,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Profit Share. I''m currently working with a growing M&E contractor who are looking to appoint a Head of Data Centres to lead and grow their Data Centre division. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded individual with a strong Data Centre background who is looking to play a key role in the future growth of an ambitious business.

This role would suit an ambitious commercial leader who understands the Data Centre market, enjoys building client relationships and wants the opportunity to directly influence both the growth and profitability of a business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the company''s Data Centre division
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 Project Managers
  • Drive commercial performance, profitability and project success
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and help secure new Data Centre opportunities
  • Work alongside the senior leadership team to support the growth strategy of the business

Candidate Requirements

  • Ideally 5+ years'' experience working within the Data Centre sector
  • Strong commercial awareness and highly numbers-driven
  • Background in M&E Building Services
  • Previous experience operating in a Senior Commercial Manager, Commercial Lead, Commercial Director, Lead M&E Quantity Surveyor or similar leadership role
  • Existing network and relationships within the Data Centre market would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to help generate and win new business opportunities within the sector

  • £90,000 Basic Salary
  • 5% Profit Share on Projects
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • One SMT member earned over £230,000 in commission last year
