We\’re looking for people who have had experience in face‑to‑face customer based roles, and are now wanting to develop skills further and start moving up the career ladder. You\’ll be part of a fast growing team in our Newcastle office, surrounded by an ambitious, competitive and supportive team!

What You’ll Do

• Learn the foundations of face‑to‑face sales and team leadership
• Develop communication, strategy and management skills
• Lead by example, support others, and hit performance targets

We are not expecting you to start as a manager, we will do the training to get you there! Typically our high end performers are moving quickly into senior roles within 8‑12 months.
