Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Author and present IT board papers to senior leadership
- Lead Cyber Essentials Plus certification and ongoing compliance
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organisation
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure across multiple sites
- Oversee information security, including Mimecast platform, MFA deployment, and cyber awareness training
- Design and develop EDI/API integrations for automated customer data exchange
- Manage centralised VoIP, RDS environments, and enterprise networking
- Manage IT budgets and deliver year-on-year cost savings
- Lead contract negotiations and review all technology contracts before signature
- Deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
