Our client, a professional and growing security services company based in Witham, is seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Office Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator to support their internal recruitment and administration functions.
This is a key support role within the business, focusing on the coordination of security staff recruitment, onboarding administration, compliance documentation, and general office support.
The successful candidate will play an important part in helping the business maintain an effective recruitment process, ensuring candidate information is managed accurately and new starters are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Candidate Administration
- Support the end-to-end administration of recruitment processes for security personnel.
- Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Contact candidates to arrange interviews and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding new starters and collecting required documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and internal databases.
- Ensure candidate records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with internal teams regarding recruitment requirements and staffing needs.
- Provide a professional and efficient experience for all candidates.
- Compliance & Staff Records
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate documentation.
- Assist with right-to-work checks and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain records relating to SIA licences, training, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor document expiry dates and update records as required.
- Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to management and operational teams.
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Update spreadsheets and internal systems.
About You
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience within administration, recruitment, HR support, or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
