Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join their expanding operation in West Thurrock.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within the warehouse and logistics industry.
Full training will be provided, so previous warehouse experience isn't essential – we're looking for motivated individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

About the Role
Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the operation, ensuring orders are processed accurately and goods are handled safely from arrival through to dispatch.
This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Duties
- Unloading incoming containers by hand and using pump trucks where required.
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for distribution.
- Wrapping, labelling, stacking and moving palletised goods.
- Replenishing stock and assisting with warehouse organisation.
- Supporting the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe through general housekeeping tasks.
- Working from order sheets and packing instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Handling products carefully to prevent damage.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
- Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
About You
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Able to follow written instructions and work accurately.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual with a team-focused approach.
- Good eye for detail and pride in completing tasks correctly.
- Flexible to work additional hours when required to support business needs.
- Keen to learn and develop within a warehouse environment.
