The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for an immediate start on commercial projects based in Twickenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Mechanical PM to join a live project team with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage mechanical packages from installation through to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and suppliers
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality compliance
  • Monitor progress, procurement, and project reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams
  • Support commissioning and handover activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations
  • Excellent coordination and programme management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery
