Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy warehousing and logistics operation based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to become part of a supportive operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the transport and warehouse administration functions, providing vital support to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing and checking delivery notes, manifests and warehouse paperwork.
  • Liaising with warehouse staff, drivers and customers regarding deliveries and collections.
  • Updating stock records on company systems.
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate filing and documentation records.
  • Supporting the operations team with general administrative duties.
  • Ensuring all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with reporting and KPI data collection.
