Contract: Temp to Perm Join a Global Logistics Leader We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a leading global logistics company based in Stanford-le-Hope.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced warehouse operation, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods throughout the warehouse.
Duties will include
- Safely loading and unloading trailers using a Counterbalance forklift.
- Putting stock away into the correct warehouse locations.
- Moving products efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Assisting with order movement and stock control.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company standards.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team during busy periods. Please note that this position is hands on as well as operating the FLT. What We're Looking For
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis.
- A flexible approach with a willingness to undertake general warehouse duties when required.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards. Desirable Experience The following experience would be advantageous, but is not essential:
- Groupage operations
- Flexi/Bendi forklift
