Mechanical Supervisor

Location: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits Contract: Permanent The Opportunity A leading MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team, working across long-term frameworks for an established key client. Role Overview As Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee mechanical installation works across multiple projects, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in managing site teams and maintaining quality across all works. Key Responsibilities * Supervise mechanical installation works across live projects * Manage site operatives and subcontractors * Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme * Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance * Carry out quality checks, inspections, and snagging * Work closely with Project Managers and senior site teams * Attend site meetings and provide progress updates Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within MEP/building services * Strong understanding of mechanical installations (pipework, HVAC, etc.) * Good leadership and organisational skills * Ability to work across multiple sites What’s on Offer * £60,000 salary * Bonus scheme * Clear and structured career progression * Long-term frameworks with an established client * Supportive, family-oriented working environment
