We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee commercial schemes with packages worth £50,000. Based in Central London, this is an excellent opportunity to manage high-profile mechanical construction projects in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000, along with a great bonus package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mechanical construction activities for commercial schemes valued at up to £50,000.
  • Work closely with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within budget.
