Role Streamline Services have partnered with a well established M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their new energy division based in Hackney where you will be reporting into an Operations Manager working alongside an Electrical Project Manager with a few other projects potenially that the candidate will be overseeing within the area. Company The business that we have partnered with are a family owned MEP contractor who have a new energy sector and are acting as a Main – Contractor on this site, the contractor have been established for over 20 years and have worked with tier 1 contractors such as Wates, Overbury and Kier. Duties * Reporting into a Operations Manager * Financial aspect of the site * Overseeing plant rooms * Working alongside a Electrical Project Manager * Experience within commercial schemes * Responsbile for the site program * Acting as a main contractor – reporting directly into the client * Overseeing budget * Ensuring comprehensive Method Statements and risk assessments are in place, reviewed and suitable for use on all site works and that works are carried out in line with HSE and ULE requirements
