With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering excellence, they are now looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join their CAT A/B fit-out team on a major project in Kings Cross.
The Role:
As Mechanical Construction Manager, you’ll take ownership of mechanical delivery on a fast-paced commercial scheme, overseeing all site-based activities and ensuring high standards of installation and compliance are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site mechanical construction works from start to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to meet programme milestones
- Review drawings, specifications, and ensure quality assurance on all installs
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure site compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Attend and lead progress meetings and produce relevant reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering CAT A/B commercial fit-out projects
- Background working for Tier 1 or large M&E contractors (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, pipework, and associated systems
- SMSTS and CSCS card
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
