We are working with a well-established MEP contractor based in Oxford, specialising in commercial and pharmaceutical projects with values up to £2 million. The business has a strong reputation for quality delivery and a consistent pipeline of work, and is now seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team on a long-term programme.
Role Overview:
As M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of mechanical and plumbing packages, from pre-construction through to completion and handover. The role is ideal for candidates based in or around Oxford or Reading, offering stability on an 18-month programme with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle of mechanical and plumbing systems, including:
- Pipework installations
- Heating systems
- Cooling systems
- Plumbing services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager with strong plumbing exposure.
- Strong background in commercial and/or pharmaceutical projects.
