The Role

As the M&E Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing multiple residential projects, ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple live projects across London and the Home Counties
  • Overseeing M&E installations with a focus on mechanical systems
  • Coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams
  • Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are met
  • Procurement of subcontractors and materials
  • Regular progress meetings and reporting to senior management
  • Driving projects from inception through to final commissioning and handover

  • Proven experience as an M&E or Mechanical Contracts Manager within residential projects
  • Mechanically biased background (trade or engineering qualifications advantageous)
  • Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and coordination
  • Experience working with or for major residential developers

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
