As the M&E Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing multiple residential projects, ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing multiple live projects across London and the Home Counties
- Overseeing M&E installations with a focus on mechanical systems
- Coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are met
- Procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Regular progress meetings and reporting to senior management
- Driving projects from inception through to final commissioning and handover
- Proven experience as an M&E or Mechanical Contracts Manager within residential projects
