With projects valued up to £5,000,000, the business has a strong reputation for quality delivery and is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Contracts Manager to oversee multiple schemes and help drive growth.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\nThe successful candidate will manage multiple commercial MEP projects concurrently, providing leadership to Project Managers and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious MEP professional who wants to grow and progress their career within a high-profile, busy contractor.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee delivery of multiple MEP commercial projects up to £5M.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage and mentor Project Managers and support project teams.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor project financials, programmes, and risk management.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attend site and project meetings, providing updates to senior management.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as an MEP Contracts Manager or senior project lead within commercial building services.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with Project Managers reporting to you.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of commercial MEP projects, with budgets up to £5M.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Based within a commutable distance to Canary Wharf, London.\\n\\nPackage & Benefits:\\n\\n * \\n\\n £80,000 per annum\\n\\n * \\n\\n Travel expenses covered\\n\\n * \\n\\n Performance-based bonus scheme\\n\\n * \\n\\n Career progression opportunities within a well-established contractor\\n\\n * \\n\\n Exposure to high-value commercial schemes in London
