We are representing a well-established, family-run contractor specialising in residential projects across London and the South East. The company partners with leading residential developers, including Countryside, Fairview Homes, and Bellway Homes.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will oversee 2–3 residential schemes simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical elements of multiple residential projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in residential construction.
