The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for an immediate start on commercial projects based in Twickenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Mechanical PM to join a live project team with long-term potential for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical packages from installation through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and suppliers
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality compliance
- Monitor progress, procurement, and project reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Support commissioning and handover activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations
- Excellent coordination and programme management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery
