The Opportunity
We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded MEP contractor based in Essex, with a strong reputation across the industry and an excellent track record of delivering technically complex projects. The business has a turnover of approximately 15 million, with a team of around 60 employees, and is recognised for its strong staff retention, professional working environment and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth within the Data Centre sector, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Projects to take responsibility for the successful delivery and commercial performance of a portfolio of major projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Lead / Senior Project Manager who is ready to take the next step into a senior leadership position within a growing and financially strong MEP contractor.
The Role
As Head of Projects, you will take a senior role within the business, overseeing the successful delivery of multiple MEP projects, with a particular focus on Data Centre developments. You will provide leadership to Project Managers and Project Leads, while maintaining responsibility for project outcomes.
