Lead the Growth of a Market-Leading Data Centre Division. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Centre professional to take ownership of a growing division within a well-established M&E contractor. This is a genuine leadership role where you'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple live Data Centre projects, manage a team of Project Managers, develop key client relationships and play a major part in expanding the business's presence within the mission-critical sector. If you're commercially minded, operationally strong and have a proven track record delivering high-value Data Centre projects, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

  • Lead and develop the company's Data Centre division.
  • Manage a team of Project Managers across multiple live projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to budget.
  • Drive commercial performance and maximise project profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and help secure new Data Centre opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth of the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering M&E Data Centre projects.
  • Strong operational and commercial understanding.
  • Previous experience managing Project Managers or senior delivery teams.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
  • A proactive approach with a genuine desire to grow a successful division.

What's on Offer?

  • £90,000 - £95,000 basic salary.
  • 5% share of project profit (Project Managers currently receive 3%), giving you a genuine opportunity to influence your own earnings.
  • Uncapped earning potential.
  • One member of the senior management team earned approximately £230,000 last year, demonstrating the level of reward available when projects perform well.
