Lead the Growth of a Market-Leading Data Centre Division. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Centre professional to take ownership of a growing division within a well-established M&E contractor. This is a genuine leadership role where you'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple live Data Centre projects, manage a team of Project Managers, develop key client relationships and play a major part in expanding the business's presence within the mission-critical sector. The Role
- Lead and develop the company's Data Centre division.
- Manage a team of Project Managers across multiple live projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to budget.
- Drive commercial performance and maximise project profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Identify and help secure new Data Centre opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth of the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering M&E Data Centre projects.
- Strong operational and commercial understanding.
- Previous experience managing Project Managers or senior delivery teams.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive approach with a genuine desire to grow a successful division.
What's on Offer?
- £90,000 - £95,000 basic salary.
- 5% share of project profit (Project Managers currently receive 3%), giving you a genuine opportunity to influence your own earnings.
- Uncapped earning potential.
