The Opportunity
One of the UK’s largest MEP contractors is seeking an experienced Electrical professional to support delivery on a public services scheme based in Great Yarmouth. This is a straight delivery role — all pre-construction has been completed — so the successful candidate will be responsible purely for site execution, coordination, and programme management over a 6-month period.
The Role
- Overseeing electrical installation works on site
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour
- Driving programme and ensuring milestones are met
- Coordinating commissioning and quality inspections
- Maintaining strict health & safety compliance
- Liaising with the client and senior project team
- Managing permits and safe systems of work
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical site delivery within the MEP/building services sector
- Background in public sector, healthcare, education or similar environments preferred
- Strong understanding of programme and quality control
- Must be based within a commutable distance of Great Yarmouth
- AP tickets preferred (not essential)
Candidates located too far from Great Yarmouth will not be considered.
