Location: West Thurrock (Approx. 40-minute walk from Chafford Hundred Station)

Shift Pattern:
- 12:00 - 21:30
- Current shift pattern: Friday to Tuesday
- Please note: This schedule will include weekend work (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Includes a 30-minute unpaid break each shift
Pay Rates:
- £14.60/hour (Sub-contractor/Umbrella)
- Equivalent to £12.21/hour PAYE
Key Responsibilities:
- De-kitting incoming lorries containing cages of cardboard, plastic, and food waste
- Separating and preparing waste materials for baling and recycling
- Pushing and pulling cages across the site – this role is physically demanding and will require you to be on your feet for the full shift
- Stacking plastic trays onto pallets for return to the distribution centre
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

- Good level of physical fitness
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, recycling-focused warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
