Overview An established MEP contractor based in Essex is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical packages on projects across London. The business delivers works across NHS, Commercial, and Heritage buildings, offering long-term opportunities for reliable and technically strong site managers.You will be responsible for managing electrical installations on site, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.Responsibilities Manage day-to-day electrical site operations across live projectsSupervise electrical operatives and subcontractorsOversee and coordinate busbar installationsManage LED lighting upgrade projectsTake responsibility for works within switchgear roomsEnsure compliance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirementsMaintain high standards of health & safety, particularly within NHS and live environmentsLiaise closely with Project Managers, clients, and other tradesConduct quality checks, snagging, and assist with testing and handoverRequirements Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within the MEP/building services sectorStrong experience with: Busbar systemsLED lighting upgradesSwitchgear rooms
