Streamline Recruitment are currently seeking experienced HGV1 Tramper Drivers on behalf of our well-established client based in Tilbury, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent tramping work Monday to Friday with the possibility of weekend work and even a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidates.
About the Role:
- Tramping work – Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays (optional)
- Start times: Between 04:30 – 06:00
- Shifts: Approx. 12 hours/day
- Minimum 8 hours paid per shift
Requirements:
- Full valid HGV1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 1 year’s experience driving HGV1
- No more than 6 points on your licence (No DD, DR, IN)
- Valid Digital Tachograph card
- Valid Driver CPC card
- Ability to complete an assessment and induction before your first shift
Pay Rates & Benefits:
- PAYE: £15.80 per hour (Monday to Friday, all hours)
- Umbrella: £19.10 per hour
- Night Out Allowance: £25.00 per night
- Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift
