The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a prestigious super prime hotel development in Mayfair, London.
This is a high-quality, detail-focused project requiring an Electrical Supervisor who can take ownership of electrical works, lead subcontractors and ensure installation is progressing safely, efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard.
The successful candidate will be confident working with project teams, reading electrical drawings, tracking progress and maintaining accurate QA and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works on site.
- Lead and coordinate electrical subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager / Package Manager.
- Monitor productivity and identify any delays or issues.
- Carry out regular quality checks and ensure works meet project standards.
- Assist with QA / quality assurance documentation, inspections and records.
- Use a laptop confidently for project administration, reporting, document management and progress tracking.
- Coordinate electrical works with other trades and site teams.
- Attend site meetings and communicate progress, issues and requirements.
- Ensure subcontractors are working safely and to the required standards.
- Assist with snagging, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional site environment.
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, project management and the wider site team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor on major commercial, hospitality, hotel or high-end projects.
You will be a confident site-based professional who can lead subcontractors, understand drawings, monitor progress and maintain high standards of quality.

- Strong electrical construction / MEP background.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
- Proven ability to lead and manage electrical subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings and specifications.
