The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a prestigious super prime hotel development in Mayfair, London.
This is a graded build, so we are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and a proven ability to maintain exceptionally high standards across electrical installation, quality assurance, documentation and project delivery.

The Role
As Electrical Package Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical packages, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are progressing in line with programme, quality and project requirements.
You will work closely with the wider project team and will need to be comfortable managing subcontractors, reading drawings, tracking progress and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the delivery and coordination of assigned electrical packages.
- Oversee electrical subcontractors and ensure works are progressing in line with the programme.
- Track progress and provide accurate updates to the project management team.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Coordinate electrical works with other trades and project teams.
- Carry out regular quality checks and ensure installations meet the required standards.
- Manage QA / quality assurance documentation, inspections and project records.
- Confidently use a laptop for project administration, reporting, document management and progress tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, outstanding works, issues and actions.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on electrical package performance.
- Ensure subcontractors are working safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
- Build strong and professional relationships with subcontractors and site teams.
- Assist with snagging, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Ensure the project maintains the high-quality standards expected of a super prime hotel / graded build.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Project Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor on large-scale, high-quality projects.
You will need to be technically competent, organised and confident managing subcontractors and project teams.

- Proven electrical construction / MEP background.
- Previous experience managing electrical packages.
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Good understanding of QA and quality control processes.
- Ability to track and report project progress.
- Confident laptop / computer skills for project administration and reporting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and maintain good working relationships.
- Comfortable working as part of a wider project team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience on high-end commercial, hospitality, hotel or luxury projects would be highly advantageous.
