Streamline Recruitment are working in partnership with a fantastic client based in Stanford Le Hope, who specialise in the haulage sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Bookings Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established corporate business with a global presence, and a strong reputation in their industry.

As the Bookings Administrator your main role will be to support the office with incoming enquiries, supporting customer queries, bookings of drivers, quoting, providing rates, and sending invoices etc.

Key duties will include:

  • Accurately input import and export jobs into the internal system
  • Monitor and respond to email queries regarding job re-bookings and schedule changes.
  • Check and verify pin numbers for shipments.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of bookings.
  • Maintain clear records of all job amendments and communications.
  • Work closely with the traffic and VBS departments to support wider operational needs (without direct involvement in VBS bookings or driver coordination).
