3D Laser Scan Surveyor

We are currently working with a large MEP Sub-Contractor who work on large construction projects. The majority of your time will be spent on site conducting surveys on new and existing buildings using laser scanning machines and the rest of your time will be spent in the office uploading and processing the scanned data whilst liaising with the in house CAD team. Duties: • Oversee and manage multiple projects with the use of 3D Laser Scanning equipment. • Deliver As-Built 3D, Existing Services and Structural Surveys • Point Cloud Data Processing Registration, and Data Management • Be personable on site with clients to understand requirements and trouble shooting when needed • Be compliant at all times with all surveys that are carried out. Must : • Have couple of years experience of site surveys using laser scanning equipment • Be able to manage themselves and their calendar to schedule and complete surveys. • Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is advantageous • Valid CSCS Card or willing to sit the test to obtain • Be compliant at all times with all surveys that are carried out.
