Our client, a successful and well-established automotive dealer group, are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
- Using diagnostic equipment and technical support systems.
- Following manufacturer repair procedures and workshop processes.
- Completing accurate electronic job cards and technical reports.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About You
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- A full UK driving licence.
- MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
